
Javayria Masood
Monitoring and Evaluation Co-ordinator
Javayria has a keen interest in South Asian history, art, and culture and loves to stay intellectually challenged. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History from SOAS and went onto gain a PgDip in Law and Community Leadership. Javayria then went onto publish book reviews and help tutor postgraduate students.
She has over three years of experience in working at NCS The Challenge, a youth organisation which provides young people with the opportunity to take part in a summer programme. Javayria is currently working as an Outreach Associate. She works primarily with Pupil Referral Units and Local Authority Youth offending services and Looked after Children Teams to gain referrals onto the youth programme.

Abbas Dhalla
Finance Officer
Abbas is an experienced Management Accountant and has previously worked for the pharmaceutical company, GlaxoSmithKline, and Lewisham Primary Care Trust.
He is a graduate in Business & Computing Systems from City University and currently works as Cost Accountant for the Royal Marsden NHS Hospital Trust.

Ali Khimji
Operations Manager
Ali is an ambitious charity worker with a keen interest in pioneering innovative approaches to social problems. He previously volunteered as Secretary of Ansar Youth Project, where he helped to set up a faith and culturally sensitive youth club in Harrow. He has also served on the Youth Advisory Panel of MyBnk, the Young Foundation Investment Committee, and the Young Muslims Advisory Group.
After graduating in Financial Economics from the University of Leicester, Ali worked as Assistant Editor of emel, a Muslim lifestyle publication. He most recently worked as a Development Coordinator at Cause4, a social enterprise that supports charities through fundraising and programme development.
