Feed 500 Families

At Al-Mizan Charitable Trust, we are committed to fighting food poverty. Nearly a million people accessed food banks in the UK last year, half of whom needing emergency food aid because of benefit delays or changes.

This Ramadan, Al-Mizan Charitable Trust invites you to join us as one community to tackle food poverty and help those who are less fortunate than us in this country. We will be distributing 500 food parcels to low-income families across the UK, which will contain enough food to feed a family for a month.

Each food parcel costs £40 and contains rice, lentils, pasta, soup, tinned fruits and vegetables, cereal, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jam, squash, vegetable oil, stock cubes, custard and crisps.
